Her parents reported the incident at the reception and immediately, Isabelle (steward) gave an electronic mail to the IKEA about the missing baggage. Before the ferry reached the Dover port, the missing bag was identified and from the store of IKEA it was handed over to that poor darling. Child’s cheerful face eclipsed all. That happened a few days later and the company authorities received an appreciation letter from their customers.

Another exiting incident took place; Mark devoted an extra time after his duty to a couple travelling through Dover for camping in Germany and the vehicle, which they held was Mobile vehicle.

Troubled couple asked for direction to the dealership and Mark could guide them as it falls on his way to town. To their disappointment the dealership was found closed and looked highly distressed. Here, it is when Mark took the lead and had shown KwiK-Fit in Ashford and that added luck to them.

Such a selfless act was recognised at the Journal published at the Norfolkline.

On a broader perspective a company of such a huge profile identifying the acts of individual at a personal level is worth commendable.
